Althaea officinalis (marshmallow), Usnea spp. (old man's beard), Prunus spp. (wild black cherry bark), Inula helenium (elecampane), Ligusticum porteri (osha), Rosa canina (rose hips), Cymbopogan citratus (lemon grass), Eriodictyon californicum (yerba santa), Cinnamomum aromaticum (cinnamon), Verbascum thapsus (mullein), Citrus sinensis (orange peel), orange essential oil and lemon essential oil in a base of 18-23% organic alcohol, mountain spring water, and certified kosher vegetable glycerine.

Suggested Use
Take 1/2-1 teaspoon, 1-6 times per day. Note: Dropper included with 2 ounce size only.

Precautions
This formula is not recommended during pregnancy. Made without menthol for those taking homeopathics, and with glycerine instead of honey for children under 1 year of age.
