Ingredients: Each vegetarian capsule contains 280 mg of Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) seed extract providing 140 mg of silymarin (silybin, silychristin, silydianin).
Other Ingredients: Acacia gum (an edible tree resin) and Certified Organic Maca (Lepidium meyenii) as processing aids. Vegetarian capsules are made from plant cellulose (no gelatin).
Our Milk Thistle assayed extract is prepared from mature, dark seeds of Silybum marianum plants. By extracting with alcohol we avoid the harsh synthetic chemicals commonly used to extract Milk Thistle seeds, and we mantain the bioactivity of the original seeds themselves.
Extracted with Pharmacopeial Alcohol
140 mg of Silymarin per Capsule
Never Extracted With Methanol, Petroleum Ether or Ethyl Acetate
Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day with liquid. Best taken between meals.
